EzCompliments offers Indian cooking classes where small groups of 6 to 10 participants cook together, guided live by an expert instructor. You can join an online group where you cook in your own kitchen: Or join an in-person class.
— it's a real, hands-on experience, not a passive demo. Classes are intimate by design so every participant can get personal attention and ask questions throughout.

Both On-line and in-person classes have their advantages - Here’s my suggestion, based on 18 years of in-person classes and 8 years of online:
Come visit me for an in-person class, if you are in driving area or if I can come to you (In the greater Boston area)
In-Person class is good for socializing - with strangers or bring a group of friends.
In-person classes are hands on - everyone gets to participate.
Online is great for cooking at your own home with your family around you.
In Online: Instructor will cook along with you and you will see the process with 2 cameras. Your cooking is also seen by the instructor for guidance throughout the process.
Many of our online participants continue month after month to gain expertise in cooking. The cost is lower than going out to a restaurant and the food is healthy!

Every class is fully hands-on. You chop, spice, sauté, and plate alongside the instructor in real time — from your own kitchen.
You're not watching someone else cook; you're the one doing the cooking, with expert guidance every step of the way.

Classes have a maximum of 10 participants and a minimum of 6. Keeping the group small is intentional — it means the instructor can see what each person is doing, give real feedback, and answer questions without anyone getting lost in the crowd.
Personal attention to each participant helps keep the class together even if the participants are of mixed skill levels

Online Classes typically run 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the recipes covered. This includes a brief introduction, the full guided cooking session, and time at the end for questions & tips.
In-person classes are longer 3-4 hours as these include 4 dishes, and time for a sit-down dinner and to socialize after the class.
-
Each class is built around a complete Indian meal — think curries, fragrant rice dishes, dals, chutneys, and breads like roti or paratha.
Themes vary by session, so you can take multiple classes and build a full repertoire of authentic Indian cooking skills over time.
The menu is listed on the website. For private cooking classes and events, we will work with you to tailor the menu to your guest’s preferences.
